Vivid Matte. Are they really Matte?

Hello again!!! 

So I was invited to do the Maybelline Vivid Matte influenster campaign. 

I was excited about it because I've seen these around and I have wanted to try them out. 

These were the two I recieved. This is a picture I posted on my Instagram 

They were nice colors and while I don't normally wear red ..... I am willing to try. 

The pinky nude I will wear more often. 

Okay so I tried them on ....

Excuse the no make up face. :/

My honest opinion:

I honestly am just not a fan of these because they are not truly a matte but more of a creamy texture. 

They don't have a glossy finish so maybe that is why they call them matte. 

They have a perfume type of fragrance and taste... I'm not a fan of that. I prefer a vanilla taste or smell in my lip color. Not a perfume one. 

Did it stay on??

Not really .... It pretty much gets on everything and is messy. I really like matte liquid lipstick because it pretty much stays put after it dries. This one does not.it will come off onto your hand or drinking glass or basically anything you touch. 

The verdict:

While the colors were pretty... They just done seem very long lasting to me. So I wouldn't purchase this product. 

Dusting Made Easy & Fun!!!

The swiffer 360 duster!! I actually was in the market for buying a duster. So it worked out perfect! 

This one is extendable and it can bend... Which is good for me because I am super short!! 

It can adjust to different lengths to reach high and even higher dust bunnies!!! 

The bending feature really is so helpful!!! I can really get the hard to reach places! 

I even recruited my son to help out!!! He's only about 3 ft so the extender is very helpful!! He was excited about it using it

too! 

He is ready to get to cleaning!!! He has lots of book shelves to dust! And it's good to have an easy chore I can get him to do! Just to start teaching him to help out!

Final Thoughts:

Overall very pleased with this product 

I have used this so many times since I received it and I will purchase again. It's a great price point and I love swiffer products. It really helps making cleaning easier for short people!

II got to try this wonderful fragrance free from Vox box. I was so excited to hear that I was receiving this box!!! 

The packaging is just beautiful! I was so excited to open it. 

The bottle was just as beautiful and sparkly. Very classy and unique design. 

The smell was equally pleasing! It is going to be my new Fall scent! It's a warm and feminine scent. It's a tiny touch of spice and vanilla. I love this smell! 

Overall I love the smell and the packaging was gorgeous!!! It's a great fragrance and I'll definitely be purchasing again when my sample is gone.

YSL Volume Effect Mascara

For a false lash effect

I was so excited to get my voxbox!!!

I saw this as soon as I opened my mailbox!! 

This is what I got!! I got a full size mascara!!! Very excited!! 

I got to try this free from influenster!!! I love trying new mascara! This looks really nice and high end!! 

The packaging looks very luxurious!

This is what the brush looks like ..

It's a good sized brush and applicator looks like it will be good at lengthening. The mascara actually has a very lovely scent!! It's not a strong scent but slightly floral with a hint of citrus! 

Here is how it works !! 

Before eye!

Very short lashes but with a couple coats of the mascara! Huge difference! It was easy to apply and not clumpy! It was a really nice mascara to apply I love it. 

You can really tell the difference between both eyes!! 

I noticed a huge difference and love my new mascara!Thanks again   influenster !!

Peppermint celestial seasonings Green Tea

Peppermint Green Tea

So I got this tea free in my Frosty box box!!! Thanks to influenster! And I loved it!!!!

It was so delicious and soothing perfect for the cold weather around here 32 degrees brrr this warmed me up !!! 

It came with 2 tea bags and I stirred it with a candy cane for fun and to add a little extra peppermint flavor!!! 

This is definitely something I would purchase more of!!! Thanks for sending me to try influenster!!!

Rimmel London eye liner

Got to try this water proof liner free in my frosty voxbox! Thanks influenster!

It's a great liner very dark and really is water proof and they sent make up remover to wash it off 

Reviewing NYC lipstick!!

Thanks #frostyvoxbox for letting me try this NYC expert last lip color free! I recieved a full size lip stick in sugar plum! I love it very nice creamy formula and swatched below with and with out flash :

Gorgeous color 

Goes on really smooth 

No flash
